Job summary

FULL BODY REJUVENATION CENTER is seeking a lively medical assistant/chiropractic assistant to manage front desk responsibilities and assist in back-office tasks as needed. The role requires energetic multitasking, excellent telephone skills, and strong customer service for a busy clinic in Stonecrest, GA.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (preferred), possible BLS/Certified Medical Assistant certifications, and comfort with MS Office and EMR systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but must be open to learning.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced front/back office environment.
• Willing to learn medical front and back office tasks (insurance verification, data entry, HIPAA familiarity).
• Proficient communication with medical offices in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phones.
• Greet patients when they enter the clinic.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Explain fees to patients and accept payment.
• Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems.
• Describe products available and process payment.
• Maintain patient files and enter charges.
• Filing.
• Insurance verification.
• Follow up with doctors, lawyers, and other offices.
• Follow up with patients after appointments.
