Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospective residents, creating a welcoming environment.
• Show apartments and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
• Support the Property Manager in maximizing rental income.
• Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork and manage resident files.
• Assist in collecting rent payments under supervision.
• Help organize social events to foster community connections.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property’s appeal.
• Arrive on time for each shift and follow policies.
• Assist the Property Manager with other tasks as needed.
