Job summary

KidStrong Toledo is seeking an energetic staff member to lead classes for children up to 11 years old. You will engage, motivate, and supervise groups in a high-energy setting, helping kids build confidence, athleticism, and social skills.

The role offers a flexible schedule with 3-5 shifts weekly, including some weekends, and competitive pay starting at $18/hour with potential for advancement. Training and support are provided to help you succeed with our team.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for young children (up to 11 years).
• Willingness to train and take direction well/easily.
• Ability to lead groups with energy and motivation.
• Comfort with cleaning as part of responsibilities.
• Experience in sports, fitness, or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise KidStrong classes and events.
• Engage with children and families to create a positive, safe environment.
• Support class setup, cleanup, and routine safety practices.
