Job summary

KidStrong in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an energetic coach to lead fun, high-energy classes for children from crawling through age 11. You will learn and deliver KidStrong's science-based curriculum, helping kids build physical skills, confidence, character, and problem-solving abilities. No prior training required—we provide the curriculum and training.

Responsibilities

• Coach high-energy KidStrong classes for children from crawling through age 11.
• Learn and deliver KidStrong's science-based curriculum.
• Help kids develop physical skills, confidence, character, and problem-solving abilities.
• Build positive relationships with kids and their parents.
• Learn each child's needs and help them succeed.
• Create a safe, encouraging class environment.
• Work with a supportive coaching team.
• Help keep the center clean and ready for classes.
• Participate in ongoing coach training and development.
