The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, and passionate about mixology. Responsibilities include taking orders, ensuring legal drinking age compliance, handling payments, restocking bar supplies, and opening/closing duties while maintaining a clean, welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred.
• Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Collect payment and operate cash register.
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Open and close the bar, including cleaning and mopping.
