Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking energetic coaches to lead classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years in Costa Mesa, CA. You’ll teach using The Little Gym curriculum, create a positive, energetic environment, and help children build confidence and skills in a safe setting.

This is a part-time role (approximately 10–15 hours/week to start) with evening and weekend availability required. We offer training and opportunities for growth within a active, fun program.

Qualifications

• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, or performing arts.
• Comfortable speaking and performing in front of groups.
• Athletic, energetic, and able to stay active throughout classes.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to lift and spot children of various sizes.
• We are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Teach fun, engaging classes using The Little Gym curriculum.
• Create a positive and energetic environment for children and families.
• Demonstrate skills, safely spot children, and assist students of all abilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members.
• Maintain The Little Gym’s high standards of safety and quality
