Performance Optimal Health in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes for all levels. You will deliver safe, well-structured sessions using Technogym equipment, and you will tailor plans based on member needs with four pillars of fitness.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness instructor with recognized certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate members.
• Knowledge of exercise science and ability to tailor workouts for diverse populations.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to coach individuals within a group setting with modifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes with energy, motivating members to reach goals.
• Utilize Technogym equipment to enhance class experience.
• Teach classes aligned with studio philosophy and four pillars of fitness.
• Collaborate with floor trainers for setup and teardown of equipment.
• Optimize class schedules to allow time for equipment changes.
• Promote recovery services to support post-workout health.
• Stay current on fitness trends and Technogym usage.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
