The ideal candidate reads the room, coaches with purpose, and builds connection to keep participants coming back. Certification, CPR/AED, and reliability are essential, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current group fitness or cycling certification (AFAA, ACE, Schwinn, Mad Dogg, or similar).
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• Strong understanding of cycling mechanics, cadence, resistance, and ride programming.
• Ability to design and deliver music-driven classes with clear coaching and intentional flow.
• Confidence using a microphone and cueing to a group.
• High energy, strong presence, and the ability to motivate a wide range of participants.
• Reliability and professionalism with a commitment to scheduled classes.

Responsibilities
