Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver safe, high-energy group fitness classes to our Las Vegas members. You will lead classes in alignment with Crunch brand standards, engage with the community, and help members achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities include delivering safe instruction, tracking attendance, coordinating with the team, and participating in staff trainings.

Qualifications

Experience teaching classes for members of all levels.
Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
Effective communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective instruction during all classes.
Help members achieve their goals and experience a variety of class types and formats.
Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
Engagement with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions.
