Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-quality, safe class experiences for our member base on-site in Las Vegas. The role centers on conducting Crunch group fitness classes in line with brand standards and engaging with members to build culture and community.

The position requires a Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred) and CPR/AED certification, with ability to provide a high-energy class environment and strong

Qualifications

• Experience teaching group fitness to all levels.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to deliver high-energy, engaging classes.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective instruction during all classes.
• Help members achieve goals and offer diverse class formats.
• Respond to member issues concerning group fitness classes with care.
• Accurately track class attendance numbers.
• Engage with weekly emails and monthly Zoom meetings.
• Attend quarterly staff trainings and new quarter class roll out.
• Engage with the instructor portal and brand promotions.
