Crunch Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven group classes. You will lead sessions for members of varying fitness levels and promote healthy lifestyles while building a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and customer service as you motivate participants, deliver high-energy workouts, and contribute to a positive club community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, programming and technique.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes in a safe, effective, and motivating manner.
• Design engaging workouts for participants of varying fitness levels.
• Provide instruction, modifications, and progressions for safety and success.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and monitor participants for safe movement.
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout all classes.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment and build member relationships.
• Promote group fitness offerings and assist with club events and initiatives.
