Job summary

Fit Fusion invites a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high quality, safe and engaging Crunch-branded group fitness classes. You will lead with energy across all levels, aligning with brand standards and community building.

Responsibilities include tracking attendance, engaging with members, participating in emails and Zoom calls, and attending quarterly staff meetings for onsite training and class rollouts. CPR/AED and national certs preferred; flex schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching classes for members of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Effective communication skills and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective instruction during all classes.
• Help members achieve their goals and experience a variety of class types and formats.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Engagement with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions
