Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Philadelphia is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts and create a high-energy member experience. You will engage multiple members, maintain time management, and support sales and member retention in a fast-paced studio environment.

The role requires a strong fitness knowledge base, effective communication across channels, and the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness certification required (NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or related client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workout experiences for all members each class session.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Conduct studio tours and communicate membership options clearly.
• Support achievement of sales goals through outreach and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented studio environment per company standards.
