Qualifications

• Restaurant, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service practices.
• Wine/beverage knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service across dining outlets.
• Take orders, answer questions, make recommendations.
• Serve according to standards and timing expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, beverages, daily specials.
• Process transactions using POS accurately.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and banquet setups.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams for smooth ops.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol guidelines.
• Support upselling and guest engagement opportunities.
• Contribute to a welcoming, energetic team culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
