Job summary

Kansas City Live! is hiring a Food Runner for Guy Fieri's Dive & Taco Joint. You will contribute to a fast-paced service environment, maintaining energy and professionalism while supporting servers and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include table clear/reset, station upkeep, and clear communication with guests and co-workers. Prior restaurant experience and flexibility with shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interaction.
• Reading and writing abilities used to answer guest questions about the menu.
• Basic mathematical skills for transactions and counts.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Perform varied duties to support proper steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Support serving staff to meet guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean and orderly service stations throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables to specifications and timing.
• Restock service stations and ensure safety and cleanliness.
