Job summary

Cece's Roland Park, part of the Live! Hospitality & Entertainment family, seeks a Food Runner to join our dining team in Baltimore.

You will support service staff, greet guests, and help maintain smooth operations across dining spaces including al fresco areas. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, fluent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting and standing for shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interaction.
• Reading and writing abilities used to answer guest questions about menu.
• Basic mathematical skills used in transactions.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide energetic, outgoing, and professional service to guests.
• Support serving staff and ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain clean and orderly service stations and tables.
• Assist with bussing, resetting tables, and restocking stations.
• Communicate clearly with co-workers and guests.
