Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Fort Myers, FL is seeking bussers and food runners to keep the dining room clean, organized, and energized. You will support running food, resetting tables, and assisting with service flow to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication. The role requires physical endurance, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to read, write, and understand English.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for people, food, and service.
• Ability to stay active in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Reset tables and bar tops quickly so every guest starts fresh.
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting service flow.
• Pre-bus tables as necessary.
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep the dining room moving.
• Help the team stay stocked and ready through each shift.
• Greet guests with energy and anticipate their needs.
• Assist with carryout orders and create a positive first and last impression.
• Help with restocking, light cleaning, and small details that matter.
• Support the overall guest experience in every area of the restaurant.
