Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools’ Madison's Trust Elementary School in Brambleton, VA, seeks a part-time Cafeteria Monitor for the school lunchroom. You will supervise students from entry to dismissal, assist with the lunch line, and help maintain an orderly, respectful dining environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise students and maintain discipline in lunchroom.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee students from entry to departure in the lunchroom.
• Assist students with condiments, opening milk, napkins, etc.
• Manage conduct, seating and orderliness during meals; encourage good manners and avoid food sharing.
• Assist visitors and parents in the lunchroom area.
• Arrange tables for seating and assist with cleanup after each lunch period.
