Responsabilidades

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
• Provide direct care to children, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
• Support children with feeding, napping, and toileting routines as needed.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including tidying toys and materials.
• Observe children's behaviour and development, reporting any significant observations to the lead teacher.
• Communicate positively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Help with the preparation of snacks and meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing toys and equipment to maintain a healthy environment.
• Follow all daycare policies and procedures, particularly those concerning child safety and well-being.
