Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality care for two children (ages 2 and 4).
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities (indoor/outdoor), crafts, and reading.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
• Manage daily routines including dressing, bathing, feeding, and naps.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for children and tidying play areas.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the day, progress, and concerns.
• Administer basic first aid and handle minor health issues per parental instructions.
• Occasional light housekeeping related to children's needs.
• Occasional remote planning or activity coordination sessions.

The Nanny will be responsible for daily routines, engaging play activities, meal preparation, and ensuring the children's overall well-being. We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and responsible individual with a genuine passion for childcare, who can also adapt to a hybrid work model, offering flexibility for occasional remote coordination of activities or planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the parents to support the children's growth and development in Soweto .

Key Responsibilities
