Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & enjoy having fun.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter, drive-thru, and lobby.
• Operate cash register and drive-thru efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to standards.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety.
• Operate fryer and griddle as needed.
