Job summary

White Castle is hiring team members in Illinois to deliver fast, friendly service at the drive-thru and inside the store. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything you need to know as part of a fourth‑generation family business with a century of history.

You’ll work on the cash register, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and help with frying and griddling in a high‑energy environment while enjoying benefits like paid time off, medical plans, and free meals.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
