Job summary

White Castle in Melrose Park, IL is hiring entry-level team members to deliver friendly, fast-service and memorable moments for Cravers. You’ll work the cash register and drive-thru, assist in food preparation, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

No experience needed—we’ll train you. Our fourth-generation family business values safety, teamwork and growth from within, with pay starting at the posted minimum rate and potential for higher earnings based on hours and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Promote White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
