Job summary

White Castle is seeking energetic team members to handle customer service, operate the cash register and drive-thru, and assist with preparing orders in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help maintain sanitation standards and operate kitchen equipment as part of a friendly, safety‑mocused team. No experience? We’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
