Job summary

Bottleneck Management's frontline team in Pittsburgh is looking for an energetic hospitality professional to support servers and bartenders in a fast-paced bar environment. You will help run food, reset tables, and ensure a clean, welcoming guest area.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 1 year of hospitality experience, outstanding communication, and a positive, adaptable attitude. Flexible with openings and closings; training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, polite, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and bartenders.
• Help run food from kitchen to tables and bar.
• Clean, restock, and re-set tables.
• Ensure bar and service area is organized, clean, and neat.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Work under the guidance of FOH managers.
• Ability to work opening and closing shifts.
