Job summary

Bottleneck Management is seeking a friendly, energetic team member for FOH support in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You’ll assist servers and bartenders, run food, and maintain clean, organized service areas while delivering genuine hospitality.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1+ year hospitality experience, multitasking ability, excellent communication, and a positive, patient attitude. Expect variable shifts, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and bartenders.
• Help run food from kitchen to tables and bar.
• Clean, re-stocking, and re-setting tables.
• Ensure bar and service area is organized, clean, and neat.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Work under the guidance of our FOH managers.
• Ability to work both closing and opening shifts.
