Job summary

Bottleneck Management is seeking energetic Barbacks to join our high-energy team in a lively, casual bar environment. You will support bartenders, restock, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure every guest receives top-quality service.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 1 year of hospitality experience and certifications as required by location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality industry experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work opening and closing shifts.
• Must have all required food/alcohol certifications per location.
• Good judgment and adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the bar atmosphere and cleanliness, stock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and perishable items for service.
• Greet guests courteously and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist bartender and maintain bar during service, break down and set up as needed.
• Transport taps and handle keg maintenance.
• Ensure bar areas comply with health and safety standards.
