Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is hiring Bussers and Food Runners in Centennial, CO. You will help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and energetic while assisting with running food and resetting tables. A positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to stay active in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Compensation is $12.14/hour plus tips, with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within a Napa-style tasting room and full-service restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for people, food, and service.
• Ability to stay active in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reset tables and support running food to maintain flow.
• Assist with carrying out orders and clearing dishes.
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Greet guests with energy and provide a positive first impression.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to keep dining room moving.
