Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly Bussers and Food Runners to help keep the dining room clean, organized, and energetic. You will assist with running food, resetting tables, and supporting the flow of service to deliver hospitality.

This role offers hourly pay of $9.00 plus tips, plus comprehensive benefits including health and 401(k), flexible schedules, paid time off, and training. Candidates should be able to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and a passion for people, food, and service.
• Ability to stay active and engaged in a fast paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining space.
• Reset tables and assist with running food.
• Stock and maintain glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep service moving.
