Qualifications

• Consistent weekend availability (Fri–Sun).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Stand and move quickly for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Learn table numbers, seat positions, and menu items.
• Collaborate effectively with servers, expo, and kitchen staff.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and providing water service.
• Keep expo and runner stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Carry multiple plates and trays safely with urgency.
• Communicate clearly with FOH and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Learn table numbers, seat positions, menu items, and dietary information.
• Support other front-of-house duties as needed.
