Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group is seeking a Busser to efficiently clear, reset, and support servers in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. You’ll help maximize table turns, maintain station cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualities include attention to sanitation, strong English communication, and a willingness to work varied shifts in a lively dining environment. Full-time positions with benefits are available in our California locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables for turnover before, during and after service.
• Maintain knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper setups.
• Keep assigned areas and side stations clean and stocked.
• Work as a team to assist guests and teammates.
• Ensure stock is replenished during the shift.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Clean spills immediately and maintain safety.
• Move and arrange furniture as directed.
• Report and log any breakages.
• Perform opening/running/closing side work as assigned.
