Job summary

The Sicilian Butcher is seeking a high-energy Busser to support servers during busy shifts and keep the dining room spotless for a warm, guest-ready experience. You will work collaboratively to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll help set tables, deliver items, remove dishes, and maintain cleanliness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service. Competitive pay includes tips and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one
• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual and be a teamplayer
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of ourguests.

Responsibilities

• The Busser will work with servers to set tables, deliverrequested items, remove used dishes, and practice good table maintenance. Youwill ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by keeping thedining area clean and serving food promptly and accurately.
• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including settingsilverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of theHouse staff
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and diningareas
• Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly andaccurately
• Inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests (askingfor the check etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
