A Day The Life

The Busser will work with servers to set tables, deliver requested items, remove used dishes, and practice good table maintenance. You will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by keeping the dining area clean and serving food promptly and accurately.

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
• Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately

  WORKING CONDITIONS:

  Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast‑paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non‑sedative state.
