Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in New Orleans is seeking a friendly Beverage Server/Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and ensure a welcoming, memorable experience.

You will support the bar and restaurant team, serve beverages promptly, maintain clean work areas, handle cash, and use POS systems accurately. Flexible to work weekends and holidays; serving or beverage experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.

• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Previous serving or beverage service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive beverage service.
• Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations.
• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks.
