Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Beverage Server/Bartender to provide friendly beverage service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will take orders, manage the bar area, and assist the team to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.

The role requires strong guest service skills, a flexible attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous bartending or beverage service experience is preferred but not required, and shifts may include weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive beverage service.
• Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations.
• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks.
