Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Beverage Server/Bartender to greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages in a fast-paced setting. You will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and support the bar and restaurant team with attentive service and a clean, efficient workspace.

You will serve beverages promptly, present them properly, and monitor guest needs, with opportunities to grow within food and beverage operations and to contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and team oriented.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Previous serving or beverage service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive beverage service
• Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation
• Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations
• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
• Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks
