Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options, operating the POS, handling payments, and collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional bartending or high-volume beverage-service experience.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, bar tools, and garnishes; craft cocktails a plus.
• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive hospitality reflecting the market’s atmosphere and service standards.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, zero-proof beverages, and other menu offerings according to approved recipes.
• Operate the POS system, manage tabs, process payments accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and proper product rotation.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service guidelines and escalate concerns when needed.
