Job summary

Qualifications

• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification is required.
• Food Handler certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive hospitality reflecting the market’s atmosphere and service standards.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Explain ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation methods to guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and par levels; assist with deliveries and restocking.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service guidelines and safety procedures.
