Qualifications

• Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and maintain clean work areas.
• Ability to transport plates, glasses, and trays; capable of handling up to 30 pounds.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Full mobility and range of movement throughout shifts.
• Respond quickly in emergencies to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food.
• Serve bar and dining guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Open/close side duties and checklists as assigned.
• Stock bar with juices, ice, alcohol, beer, wine and supplies.
• Relay guest orders to kitchen via POS and ensure accuracy of checks.
