Responsibilities include maintaining stocked bars, assisting bartenders and servers, and ensuring cleanliness. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry preferred.
• Comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Positive and resilient personality with a 'never quit' attitude.
• Capability to walk, stand, and frequently handle heavy items.
• Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for the bartenders.
• Support cocktail servers by clearing tables.
• Assist in trash and recycling disposal.
• Communicate potential issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary.
• Rotate kegs as needed.
• Contribute to bussing, cleaning, and stocking glassware.
• Keep the sales and service floor clean.
• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
