Job summary

Scandinavian Tobacco Group is seeking a Bar Back for our Ft. Worth, TX location, part of the Cigars International Retail & Hospitality Team. You'll support daily bar operations and help ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced venue.

The role requires 21+, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. On-site work with opportunity to grow within a leading cigar company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year of experience in a bar, restaurant, hospitality, or related customer service environment.
• Experience supporting high-volume food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for bartenders.
• Assist cocktail servers and support staff by clearing and resetting tables.
• Support trash removal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.
• Communicate operational concerns and guest-related issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist management with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Rotate and replace kegs as needed.
• Support the cleaning, bussing, stocking, and organization of glassware.
• Keep guest-facing areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Provide excellent support to bartenders and service staff in a high-volume environment.

As our new Bar Back, you will be part of the Cigars International Retail & Hospitality Team and play an important role in supporting daily bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with bartenders, servers, and management to maintain efficient service standards and support the overall success of the business. What your day will look like
