Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced setting, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in-store and over the phone. You will drive visits, promote our automotive services, and build lasting customer relationships to support continued growth.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of consumer retail sales experience, a High School diploma, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive vehicles.
