Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company in Graham, KY seeks a proven Value Stream Manager for Energetic Assemblies to lead the operations activities and ensure the value stream meets customer and business commitments.

You will mentor teams, drive Lean improvements through EBOS, coordinate capacity planning with functional leaders, and manage production scheduling and budgets to support development-to-production transitions.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Effective employee management skills in mixed development and production workforce.
• Robust strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• LEAN Manufacturing concept and supply chain strategy implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Energetic Assemblies Value Stream with full responsibility for operations activities.
• Drive KPI analysis, countermeasures, and root-cause analysis.
• Champion Lean improvements through EBOS.
• Develop and mentor team members for lean decision-making.
• Coordinate capacity planning with functional leads to ensure sufficient resources.
• Prioritize production, quality, test, and resources within the Value Stream.
• Support transitions from development to production and ensure leadership reviews preparation.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling and manage Value Stream budgets.
