Job summary

InsideOut is seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for potential clients in health-tech and nutrition. This remote role requires a warm, bubbly personality and the ability to engage a US-based audience, especially women 55+.

Expect 150+ dials daily, CRM-driven follow-ups, and a performance-driven environment. You will manage webinar leads, optimize the sales pipeline, and bridge trust with prospects to drive program sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Near-native English with clear pronunciation and conversational style.
• Ability to sound local to a US-based audience, especially women 55+.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: call leads from webinars and follow up if missed session.
• Pipeline Optimization: reach out to those who did not schedule a sales call.
• Conversion: engage webinar attendees who stayed for the pitch but didn’t book a call.
• CRM Management: track lead status and ensure follow-ups.
• Performance: meet or exceed daily dialing targets and weekly appointment-setting benchmarks.
