Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes; understand their needs and support their shopping experience with product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and applicable laws and guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team; perform other tasks as assigned.
