To provide technical support services that maintain and support Christopher Newport University’s technology infrastructure, with a primary focus on endpoint computing. This position provides high quality technical and customer support to the CNU community across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and associated peripherals. The position works closely with Endpoint Administrators and other IT Services staff to support modern endpoint management, device provisioning, software deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle processes. The position also develops and maintains technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting resources to support consistent and efficient service delivery. Through direct customer support, proactive troubleshooting, process improvement, and collaboration with endpoint administrators, this position helps ensure University endpoint systems remain reliable, secure, efficiently managed, and responsive to the needs of the CNU community.
Salary $47,288 to $59,110, Commensurate with Education and Experience
