Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Client System Technician (CST) to support the USAF EW assessment program. The role is onsite at Robins AFB, GA, requiring US citizenship, a technical degree, 3+ years’ experience, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.

You will provision and sustain endpoint systems, assist the ISSO with patches, and troubleshoot classified networks while managing IT assets and ensuring secure workstation operation for mission readiness.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provisions, maintains, and sustains endpoint systems for the 950 SWG.
• Installs and supports client workstations and pertinent software applications.
• Assist ISSO with security patches and endpoint compliance.
• Troubleshoot NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and SAP IT systems to maintain readiness.
• Administer distributed applications and client-side enterprise software integration.
• Manage IT asset inventories and hardware lifecycle replacements.
• Ensure secure operation of user workstations to enable DoW mission command.
