Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced SCCM / Intune / Windows Administrator (L3) to support enterprise endpoint management, modern workplace initiatives, and security. The role is remote in the USA; candidates should have strong expertise in SCCM/MECM, Intune, Windows 10/11, and PowerShell automation.

You will maintain endpoint health, deploy software, manage device lifecycle, enforce compliance, remediate vulnerabilities, and collaborate with IT teams in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong hands-on SCCM/MECM and Intune expertise.
• Experience with patching, OS deployments, and device lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SCCM/MECM and Intune for enterprise endpoints.
• Manage device enrollment, imaging, deployment, and lifecycle.
• Configure and enforce compliance policies and device restrictions.
• Coordinate patching schedules and software deployments.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and coordinate with security teams.
• Develop PowerShell automation for routine tasks and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
