Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer, Endpoint Management to build and maintain endpoint images, profiles, and applications across Windows devices managed via Microsoft Intune.

You will certify new hardware, design automated provisioning, manage drivers/firmware, and enforce configuration policies, reporting to Desktop Engineering within Restaurant Technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint management and imaging for Windows devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Autopilot.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, upgrade, and maintain PC-based operating systems and Intune-managed endpoint configurations.
• Design and execute test plans for compatibility of software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot complex issues including app and network connectivity.
• Design automated provisioning, driver/firmware management, and policy enforcement.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in writing and speech.
• Follow established processes and daily operations; support additional responsibilities.
