LSU Desktop Engineering is seeking a Desktop Engineering System Administrator 1 to join the ITS Desktop Engineering team at the Frey Computing Services Building. You will help support and maintain the Enterprise MDM environment and manage on-premises and cloud endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

The role requires SCCM and Intune experience, Windows Server 2019+, PowerShell, and familiarity with VMware, AD, and group policy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
• SCCM and/or Intune in an enterprise environment (1 year preferred).
• Understanding of Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain OS images using SCCM for PXE deployment.
• Develop and manage department software deployments for labs and staff.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies.
• Support student VDI via Windows 365, including imaging, licensing, and pools.
• Manage enterprise print services (Pharos) with print servers and queues.
• Perform routine system maintenance: patching, health checks, updates, change management.
• Create training materials and deployment documentation; maintain support articles.
• Provide Tier 3 support to desktop analysts and ensure adherence to UECM standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
